Plating

Using basic wet analysis, atomic absorption spectrophotometry, UV spectrophotometry, and Hull Cell troubleshooting, all plating baths are maintained within optimum working parameters. Statistical process control to summarize data bath consistency results in a high quality product and reliable turn-around. The lab is also equipped to perform troubleshooting 24 hours a day.

Testing

Our on-site computerized inspection and lab are equipped to handle the most advanced coating testing in the industry. With x-ray fluorescence testing, the gold standard of the industry, we achieve a coating thickness with an amazing 3% tolerance.
