Electroless nickel plating creates a uniform, hard, and corrosion-resistant coating, ensuring consistent protection and performance even on the most complex geometries. Unlike traditional electroplating, this process does not rely on electric current, allowing for even coverage across all surfaces and eliminating thin or weak spots.
Ideal for precision components with tight tolerances, electroless nickel delivers excellent adhesion to aluminum and steel and can be formulated to be magnetic or non-magnetic.

Purpose/Function
- We offer both Mid (5-9% phosphorus content) and High (10-13% phosphorus content)
- Good hardness (50+RC) and can be hardened even higher
- Covers all surfaces with identical thickness. Good for complicated parts as a chemical process with no high or low current density areas
- Good adhesion to aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, and copper
- Gives a conductive surface to aluminum
- Can be made either magnetic or nonmagnetic
- Good appearance and durability
