Co-Operative Plating Renews NADCAP Certification and Retains Merit Status

We are proud to announce that Co-Operative Plating has successfully renewed our NADCAP certification while retaining our Merit Status through August 2028.

 

 

This achievement reflects our continued commitment to quality, consistency, and meeting the rigorous standards required to serve the aerospace and defense industries. Maintaining NADCAP accreditation is an important part of our ongoing focus on process control, continuous improvement, and delivering reliable metal finishing services to our customers.

 

A special thank you to our Quality Team for their hard work, preparation, and attention to detail throughout the audit process. We also want to recognize everyone across the Co-Operative Plating team who contributes every day to maintaining the standards that made this achievement possible!

 

 

Labor Day - 2026!

Co-operative Plating is proud to kickoff the 2026 Labor Day Weekend with a BBQ to celebrate our fantastic staff!  This amazing staff makes it possible for us to thrive and manufacture top-quality products for our wonderful customers!

 

 

Company Picnic - 2026!!

On Sunday, August 9th, the Co-Operative Plating team got together for our annual company picnic at Como Zoo—and what a great day it was!
Delicious food, fun games, plenty of laughs, and most importantly, the best co-workers which made for an unforgettable afternoon! It was a great opportunity to step away from the shop, enjoy some time together, and celebrate the people who make Co-Operative Plating what it is.
We’re proud to have such a hardworking and dedicated team, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to spend time together outside of work.
