Electroless Nickel Plating
Covering vulnerable components with electroless nickel plating can protect them from corrosion and prolong their useful life. The process results in an even distribution of nickel phosphorous, even where the surface is curved or irregular.
Co-operative Plating offers a wide selection of different strengths. Other options include the addition of TeflonTM to the plating component, which results in greater lubricating properties. Mid or high levels of phosphorus may also be used.
Co-operative Plating meets Mil-C-26074, AMS 2404, and ASTM-B733-04 standards. No matter the size or shape of the product, we will work with you to help select the best electroless nickel plating choice possible.
